I’ve been engaged for a while now. Long enough that I’ve been through every corner of the internet looking for dresses. For me, for my bridesmaids, for guests who text me “what do I even wear.”
The resources are bad. Recycled listicles. Affiliate links dressed up as recommendations. Sites with 400 filters and zero soul.
So I built my own.
Four directories, each one covering a different corner of the wedding dress world. Here’s what they are and why I made them.

Bridesmaid dresses are their own specific chaos. You’re coordinating colors across body types, budgets, and time zones. You want something cohesive but not matching-matching. You want people to feel good, not just look good in photos.
This directory has options across every price point and aesthetic. Amsale and Dessy for the classic coordinated look. Show Me Your Mumu if your bride wants everyone in something they’ll actually wear again. Birdy Grey when the budget needs to stretch across eight people without drama. Mix-and-match picks, color guides, the whole thing.

This one is for the bride who knows what she wants and can’t find it on the first three pages of Google.
Non-traditional silhouettes. Editorial looks. The dresses that don’t show up on every Pinterest board. Danielle Frankel for the understated downtown bride. Savannah Miller for romantic without fussy. Lein if you want sculptural and a little unexpected. If you have a vision, this directory is where you go.

For everyone who gets a save-the-date and immediately panics about what to wear. Organized by season and vibe. Reformation for the minimalist who wants to look effortless. Anthropologie for the floral moment. & Other Stories for something a little more unexpected. No judgment if you’ve been to six weddings this year. We all have that season.

This one is personal.
I love secondhand fashion. Have for years. And vintage wedding dresses are having a real moment right now, but the resources are scattered everywhere. This directory pulls it together: deadstock, secondhand, rental, archive finds. BHLDN’s vintage-inspired edit, Encore Bride for pre-loved gowns, Nearly Newlywed for dresses that were worn once and deserve a second life.
I’m getting married in Santa Fe this September, at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden. (Still not over it.) Wedding planning has taught me a lot about how broken the wedding industry’s online resources are. These directories are my small attempt to fix that.
